National Day Celebrations
As part of our annual celebration of Independence Day and Republic Day, our organization distributes saplings to school students and the public, encouraging them to plant these saplings at their homes and contribute to environmental purification. These celebrations are aimed at fostering patriotism and motivating individuals to take active roles in creating a healthier environment.
Special Day Celebrations
The members and staff of Sakthi Trust along with the leaders of Self-Help Groups, celebrated the Tamil New Year and English New Year by conducting medical camps focused on general health for rural underprivileged individuals.
Our organization also hosted a Pongal day celebration, involving all staff members and Self-Help Group members. This program aimed to foster social integration as participants belonged to various castes and religions.
Additionally, Sakthi Trust organizes a Children’s Day celebration at the Helene Day Care Center, located within the Sri Amman School campus in G. Thummalapatti, every year on November 14th.
